Presentation: Now you're speaking my language: overcoming challenging language barriers in optometric practice.
CE: One hour of online. This course fulfills the cultural competency requirement
Topic: This class will cover the critical skills needed to effectively overcome communication and language barriers when interacting with patients. The course will explore evidence-based facts, share clinical pearls, and provide guidelines and tips for optometrists to bridge these gaps successfully.
